What is Tantric Dance?
Tantric dance is an esoteric form of yoga.

Eventually we will all reach a point in our many incarnations where we eventually do not just forgive imperfections and pretend that they are part of us, but fearlessly pursue shadow integration in order to understand life and existence on a deeper level. This is how we let go of blaming others or fighting against the facts of life and work on ourselves to be a happier, stronger, wiser version of the person we were yesterday.

You will come to find that the invitation for you to explore the esoteric side of yoga is actually the call for an adjustment from normal standard industry yoga to actual yoga, complete yoga, original or primordial yoga. We have gone a long way away from the egoless and highly wisdom-and mental clarity-oriented Upanishadic yoga.'

Yoga Tantra Dance Kriya provides a rich foundation for us to explore the origins and primary objective of yoga. In this practice, we can check into ourselves to see how effective our yoga is for supporting our overall sense of self, our attachment factors, and our world views, living practices, habits, and attitudes. Basically, if we are not meditating well, we need to grab bigger portions of yoga and take it with us everywhere we go in our daily lives.
WITH ESOTERIC YOGA, WE ARE TAKING A VACATION FROM "NORMAL LIFE" TO SAVOUR THE TASTE OF EXCELLENCE OF THE PURITY OF BEING, TO EMBRACE SUPREME PERSONALITY. THIS IS AN INVITATION TO SAMPLE THE EXTRAORDINARY.
The ecstatic yoga of dance is gentle a reminder of what we all are in this living experience together, on the universal level as we reach toward the divine (that which is beyond all conceived identities, name, form, style, quirk, and ego). We are all energy in a physical bodily vehicle.
This fun and brilliantly unique yet simple approach to yoga helps us to retrieve a great deal of inner calm and stillness.

Not just practicing but embracing all of the aspects of yoga restores something to us when we reach for it with skill and do it whole-heartedly. We let yoga in its entirety in and discover why it was constructed in the seemingly complex way it was-- to overwhelm our mind and body with ecstasy that pushes all sufferings out of our beings. This is yogas final stage, samadhi. Samadhi is the merging of the atman, or pure individual mind with our own higher self-paramatman, and ultimately with the divine reality of the transcendent creative source energy which we call parabrahman. We call parabrahman a name, but in reality, this is nameless. Beyond name.

The supreme and ultimate creator energy is ineffable, unnamable and this fact is the reason why religions cannot get along with their beliefs. It is all just attachment. However, we need to place a name to give a designation to what we are speaking on, so we may have this conversation.

This energy of Parabrahman holds all of the pleasure in the universe, so the only risk it runs is to possibly, eventually after so many visits to this divine ecstasy, sex may even look hilarious and like too much work. The most excellent tantra practices are known to frequently make us stronger than sexual impulses and urges, as our joy outgrows the sexual drive, giving us excellent self control and deep inner satisfaction.
Technically speaking, when it comes to tantric dance we are practicing an ancient somatic therapy protocol where we do some very focused neuromuscular de-patterning of the things that enslave us to seek pleasure and fulfillment outside ourselves, as we discover that we had all the pleasure in the universe within us all along.

Do not worry, your sex drive will not be killed by a practice that does not obsess over it. It will still be there, if not even in a more awake and alive kind of way, and eventually feel more like a waterfall of joy that is washing over your entire being, and less like a nagging energy that seems to manifest as a"tension", a form of "stress" that otherwise urges and pressures us to relieve ourselves of it. We will see the spontaneous rising of our sexual feelings more just as a part of the delight of being alive. We come to just breathe it in, let it fill us, and then naturally recede and ebb away just as an ocean tied tends to move.
