Each yoga course is bespoken for each client or group that is taught—tailored to fit each individual or collection of life conditions and level of experience (from no experience to high level experience with the intention to be of benefit to participants at the highest level possible.

Each in person private one on one or small group class starts at $108 and is held in Harold Square, right next door to the Empire statebuilding, or in Korea Town, :

Shakti healing helps you reconnect with your power.

Relax and slip into meditative tranquility, feel tension melt out of you, be relieved of pains in your body, and improve the overall way you feel with regular energy boosts. 

It is a little known fact that if we are exposed to violent and jarring sounds on a regular basis, it can create disharmonious thoughts in us.  Those thoughts vibrate as words.  Our words crystalize as our behavior, and our behavior patterns hold in place and become our habits, and reoccurring or chronic pain.   Toxic noise pollution has the potential to de-harmonise us all the way down to the structure of the water in our bodies, which effects the rhythm of our organ functions and the holding patterns of tension in our muscles.

Receive Reiki healing energy in an elevating and soothing Session that will clear out energy blockages, help ease any mental/emotional strain, and release you from sufferings regarding pain and tension patterns.

  • HEALING TAO/Cultivating Healing Sexual Energy (BIO-ENERGETIC LESSONS)  FOR WOMEN (FREE Information Provided for Men)

Whether you are male or female, there are special techniques that you can learn in order to simultaneously improve the state of your emotional strength and health along with your sexual potency, sex drive, or general feeling of grace and poise.  For one’s own empowerment it is important to know yourself as in your proclivities, strengths and weaknesses alike.  Get fully grounded in the centre of your being to survey your own intellectual and mental-emotional landscape.  I  can guide both men and women through various practices that will translate later on into enhanced pleasure in the bedroom by means of engaging the whole body, biological energy, and one’s own sense of being in general.  Asanas, muscle control, and breath practices to balance and stimulate your vital energy.  Women’s Yoni Mapping, Female Deer exercises from the healing Tao can be discussed in your first session.  Classical tantric source material such as Vijanabhiarava (Wisdom-Experience of Divine Consciousness) or Yoga Spandakarika (Union With the Sacred Tremor) may be gone over or utilized in these sessions if we have time.  Please consult the file sharing library in the tantra and healing Tao sections for more information.   ---THIS IS NOT A SEXUAL SERVICE---

YOGAS:

(YOGASANA, MEDITATION, MUDRAS, JAPA MANTRAS, CHAKRAS, PRANAYAMA, KUNDALINI)

  • FLEX AND STRENGTH

Asana focus geared specifically to help increase mobility/flexibility 

Warm-ups may vary on a case by case basis and include five Tibetan rites, Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), or Shukhshma Yoga.  Class can be geared more toward a Vinyasa class, a slower Hatha class, or a restful Yin class.

  •    YIN YOGA

Slow down and settle into each pose for three to five minutes at a time as you allow your mind and body to unwind and soften into opening each pose in a gradual and restful way.  This gives us an opportunity to not only improve range of movement but to observe our own thought process and mental/emotional state.

 

  • FOCUS ON SUKHSHMA YOGA 

Learn subtle yoga or sukhshma yoga— a wonderful practice to help you simply feel better if you have been not practicing very much movement and need to open up a bit more mobility from the toes to the eyes! 

 

  • FOCUS ON THE FIVE TIBETAN RITES

Check into this simple five step isometric rep practice which is said to help slow and even reverse the aging process!  This can be taught as a mini class or be offered in conjunction with meditation and Dharma talk.

 

 

  • HATHA YOGA 

Focus on Surya Namaskar and basic Hatha Yoga Practice to improve our journey to meditative serenity.  Each class is geared toward re-centering hatha around the cognitive experience, rather than the body, so in this class we use our body to bring about a certain change in neural activity to support mental and emotional health.  Due to this, each class winds down with a meditation in the position of sitting or laying down on the back that may be 15 minutes to one hour long so that we may self evaluate and enjoy the final two stages of yoga, dhyana (meditative absorption) and samadhi (ecstasy of oneness).

 

 

  • JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS

 If you are concerned about the state of any of your chakras, this Introduction to the chakra system and more subtle practices in yoga is very supportive for your process of recovery and self improvement.   Learn to work with Shakti prana (upward moving current of psychic energy) and stimulate Kundalini to awaken and rise in a healthy way by use of breath discipline, voice, and mental focus. Includes warm-up movements are to be determined on a case by case basis.  This practice will overall help you to run a course of diagnostics to self evaluate the condition of your chakras.

 

 

  • YOGI SADHANA

(tantra yoga meditation induction practice for shakti power cultivation)

A focused practice on increasing yogic power and deepening meditation, as it is in the depth of our meditations where we re-charge and replenish our psychic energy.  In this practice you will learn about the Gayatri Mantra, what it means, what it is for, and how to pronounce it.  You will learn how to practice Surya Namaskar (sun salutations), and the more often you practice yogi sadhana with me, the more variations on Surya Namaskar you may learn. Following the sun salutations, we will sit and practice the mantra along with some breath practices before diving deep into a tranquil meditation.   It is recommended to practice yogi Sadhana every day.

  •  TANTRIC DANCE KRIYA YOGA - (Primordial Dzogchen/Ati Dance)

This practice, also referred to as OSHO DYNAMIC MEDITATION is a highly effective, yet elegantly simple and mentally spacious practice.  It is a progression of shaking and dancing movement to seated or laying down meditative stillness, and finally vocal utilisation for chakra tuning.  In this exercise, our vocals are not dedicated to the pronounced vibration of the chakra but rather the pure tone of the voice. 

 

This ancient and simple practice has been organized in its particular way as a kriya (act/deed) in order to assist us in clearing our mind of any mental-emotional clutter and distractions that are pulling us away from the blissful experience of pure being.  This practice is considered to be part of Ati or Dzogchen also known as utmost yoga, perfection yoga, and the highest yoga due to the fact that instead of helping us to become physically in some kind of shape, it goes beyond form and deep into the essence of being and mind.  This kriya is arranged in order to quite deliberately serve the purpose of giving us an experience of yoga’s final stages, known as Dhyana (meditative absorption) and Samadhi (ineffable ecstasy of oneness mind).
